This policy explains how M.A.C. – Mamdouh Akef Construction (“M.A.C.”, “we”) handles personal data submitted through this website, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What we collect
- Enquiries: name, company, phone, email and the details of your project.
- Job applications: name, contact details, city, area of interest, experience, LinkedIn profile and the CV you upload.
- Profile requests: name, company and email.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, assess your application or send the document you requested, and to keep a record of that correspondence.
Who can see it
Authorised M.A.C. staff involved in your request. Our website and email providers process the data on our behalf. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 3 years. Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@mamdouhakef.com.

توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل ممدوح عاكف للمقاولات (“الشركة”) مع البيانات الشخصية المُرسلة عبر هذا الموقع، وفقاً لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- الاستفسارات: الاسم والشركة والهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وتفاصيل مشروعك.
- طلبات التوظيف: الاسم وبيانات التواصل والمدينة ومجال الاهتمام والخبرة وحساب LinkedIn والسيرة الذاتية المرفوعة.
- طلبات الملفات: الاسم والشركة والبريد الإلكتروني.
لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الإعلانية ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية.
أسباب الاستخدام
للرد على استفسارك أو تقييم طلب التوظيف أو إرسال المستند المطلوب فقط، والاحتفاظ بسجل لهذه المراسلات.
من يطّلع عليها
موظفو الشركة المخوّلون المعنيون بطلبك، ومزوّدو خدمات الموقع والبريد الإلكتروني الذين يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا. لا نشاركها مع أي طرف آخر إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
الاستفسارات: حتى 3 سنوات. طلبات التوظيف: حتى 12 شهراً، ما لم تطلب حذفها قبل ذلك.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@mamdouhakef.com.
شروط الاستخدام
محتوى هذا الموقع للتعريف العام بالشركة وخدماتها، ولا يُعد عرضاً أو تعاقداً. تظل صور المشروعات والشعارات ملكاً لأصحابها وتُعرض في إطار الأعمال التي نفّذتها الشركة.
