We ensure both the quality of our processes and procedures and the quality of our services and products are
constantly met by global standards.
All MAC team members are obligated to organize and perform their tasks and duties in accordance with the
guidelines specified in our management system to achieve seamless operational efficiency.
Our business partners are requested to work with us in line with the following Policy.
1.1 Strategic planning, operative planning, and corresponding controlling.
1.2 In order to ensure profitability, the detailed development of Risk Management is promoted.
1.3 HQ Team and on-site teams, which report to the Management Board of MAC, work in order to ensure efficient performance, quality, and profitability.
1.4 We ensure that construction sites are equipped with suitable and reliable construction equipment.
1.5 Quality assurance and monitoring of construction materials and construction products.
1.6 The quality and performance of sub-contractors and suppliers are monitored and evaluated regularly.
2.1 We ensure that the Quality Policy and our Management System are understood, implemented,and further developed at all levels of our organization.
2.2 We ensure that the policy is distributed as required and made available to our clients, shareholders, and all members of our team.
